摘　　要：随着我国教育事业的不断发展,教育体制的改革已经使得中职学校的发展有了十足的进步。目前我国对于技术型人才的需求量越来越大,社会对于技术型人才的认可度也有了充分的提升。因此在中职学校中打造一支高素质高水平的专业教学团队是极为必要的,不仅可以充分提升中职学校的教学质量,也提高了教学水平。因此,本文以中职学校汽车车身修复专业教学团队建设为基础,对其进行分析,并提出了发展过程中可能存在的问题,最后提出了相应的解决办法,为将来的中职学校专业教学团队的建设发展奠定一个良好的基础。With the continuous development of education in our country,the reform of the education system has made great progress in the development of secondary vocational schools.At present,China's demand for technical talents is increasing,and the society's recognition of technical talents has also been fully improved.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to build a high-quality and high-level professional teaching team in secondary vocational schools,which can not only fully improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools,but also improve the teaching level.Therefore,this article is based on the construction of the professional teaching team of automobile body repair in secondary vocational schools,classifies them,and puts forward possible problems in the development process,and finally proposes corresponding solutions for the future professional teaching team of secondary vocational schools so as to lay a good foundation for the construction and development of the country.
