摘  要:在实施教师发展性评价中,可以让教师参与制定评价标准,达到评价标准多样化、分层化、团队化;可以让评价主体多元化,实现考评组评价、教师自评、同事互评、学生评教、家长评价、校长评价等多元评价;可以通过价值引领,促进教师主动发展;亦可以利用平台实践,实现教师群优发展。总之,通过在行动中不断反思与调适,推动研究型教师可持续发展。In the process of implementing teachers’developmental evaluation,teachers can be involved in the development of evaluation criteria to achieve diversification,stratification and teamwork.The evaluation subject can be diversified to realize multiple evaluations such as examination and evaluation group evaluation,teacher self-evaluation,peer evaluation,student evaluation of teaching,parents evaluation,principal evaluation,etc.Platform practice can also be used to achieve the development of teachers and teachers’active development can be promoted through value guidance.In a word,through continuous reflection and adjustment in action,the sustainable development of research teachers is promoted.
