摘  要:我国现代学徒制的推广依旧突出地表现出影响面不宽、利益相关者主动性不足、涉及的专业领域不广等问题。现代学徒制的推广效果不仅受正式制度的引导和约束,还受非正式制度的影响。社会观念滞后、利益相关者认知偏差、利益投机等具有一定历史延续性和生命力的非正式制度,是导致现代学徒制推进工作动力不足的内在根源。为了健康持续地推进现代学徒制,从利益相关者的诉求出发,建议采取改良现代学徒制执行的环境、加强劳动教育、加强舆论引导、构筑和谐的师徒关系、提升职业院校教师的职业意识等措施。The promotion of modern apprenticeship in our country is still prominently manifested as problems such as insufficient influence,insufficient initiative of stakeholders,and few professional fields involved.The promotion effect of modern apprenticeship is not only guided and restricted by the formal system,but also influenced by the informal system.The informal system with a certain historical continuity and vitality,such as lagging social concepts,cognitive biases of stakeholders,and interest speculation,is the inherent root causes of the lack of motivation for the advancement of modern apprenticeship.In order to promote the modern apprenticeship healthily and continuously,starting from the demands of stakeholders,it is recommended to improve the environment for the implementation of modern apprenticeship,strengthen labor education,strengthen public opinion guidance,build a harmonious master-apprentice relation,and enhance the professional awareness of teachers in vocational colleges.
