摘  要:[目的/意义]基于大数据背景,构建高校信息管理类人才胜任力素质模型,旨在为培养符合当前社会需求的复合型、综合型信息管理类人才提供积极参考。[方法/过程]立足于大数据的5V(Volume-Velocity-Variety-Veracity-Value)特征,围绕素质冰山模型理论中的知识、技能、特质、态度和价值观四个维度构建高校信息管理类人才胜任力素质模型,并结合实证数据的综合分析试图从多元主体视角探索多元协同信息管理类人才胜任力培养的理论模型。[结果/结论]高校信息管理类人才胜任力素质模型是由一显一隐两素质四维度共同构成,其中显性素质是基础,隐性素质是核心,基础理论知识是根本,专业核心技能是刚需,综合业务素养是重点,职业道德精神是保障;而由内外部协同机制联合构建的多元主体、协同培养的理论模型则是有效提升信息管理类人才胜任力的长效机制。[Purpose/significance]Based on the background of big data,this paper constructs the competency model of information management talents in colleges and universities,aiming to provide a positive reference for the training of complex and comprehensive information management talents in line with the current social needs.[Method/process]Based on the 5V(Volume-Velocity-Variety-Veracity-Value)characteristics of big data,the competency competency model of information management talents in colleges and universities is built around the four dimensions of knowledge,skills,traits,attitudes and values in the competence iceberg model theory.Combined with the comprehensive analysis of empirical data,this paper tries to explore the theoretical model of competency training for multi-subject collaborative information management talents from the perspective of multi-subject.[Result/conclusion]The competency model of information management talents in colleges and universities is composed of four dimensions:explicit competence is the foundation,recessive competence is the core,basic theoretical knowledge is the foundation,professional core skills are the rigid requirements,comprehensive professional accomplishment is the key,and professional ethics is the guarantee.The theoretical model of multiple subjects and collaborative training jointly constructed by internal and external collaborative mechanisms is a long-term mechanism to effectively improve the competence of information management talents.
