摘  要:目的分析在肝胆外科见习教学中以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)与案例教学法(CBL)教学法联合应用的价值。方法2018年3月—2019年6月,于该时间段从我院选取100位在肝胆外科见习的临床专业本科学生,以随机数表法为分组原则将其分为对照组(n=50,行以问题为基础的教学法)和观察组(n=50,以问题为基础的教学法+案例教学法),比较两组临床专业本科学生测试成绩,并比较问卷调查结果。结果病例分析成绩、理论成绩以及总成绩与对照组比较,观察组均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过实施问卷调查,其结果显示认可该教学方法、思维能力提升、知识理解能力提升、实习兴趣提升的临床专业本科学生占比与对照组比较,观察组均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度更高,说明PBL+CBL教学模式更受学生的欢迎,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆外科见习教学中联合应用以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)与案例教学法(CBL)教学法的价值突出,提升了临床专业本科学生的病例分析成绩、理论成绩以及总成绩,同时提升了学生对该教学方法的认可度、思维能力、知识理解能力以及实习兴趣,建议推广应用。Objective To analyze the value of problem-based teaching(PBL)and case-based teaching(CBL)in hepatobiliary surgery probation teaching.Methods from March 2018 to June 2019,100 clinical undergraduate students in hepatobiliary surgery were selected from our hospital and divided into control group(n=50,problem-based teaching method)and observation group(n=50,problem-based teaching method+case teaching method)according to the principle of random number table,The results of questionnaire survey were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of case analysis,theory and total scores in the observation group were significantly higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Through the implementation of the questionnaire survey,the results showed that the proportion of clinical undergraduate students who recognized the teaching method,the improvement of thinking ability,knowledge understanding ability and practice interest was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based teaching(CBL)in hepatobiliary surgery internship teaching is of great value,which can improve the clinical undergraduate students'case analysis results,theoretical scores and total scores,as well as their recognition,thinking ability,knowledge understanding ability and practice interest of the teaching method Widely used.
