摘  要:基于对东部、中部和西部5000多名中小学教师调查数据,通过探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、差异分析以及聚类分析探究幼儿教师队伍基本状况。结果显示,幼儿教师队伍状况主要体现在保障性、满意度、认同度、稳定性和压力性等方面,幼儿教师队伍整体水平较低,特别是保障性水平最低。进一步聚类分析发现,幼儿教师队伍整体状况集中体现为整体薄弱型和相对优质型,两个类型中保障性均处于较低水平。为此,需要坚持关注政府外在保障与教师内在体验并重的基本思路,切实加强幼儿教师队伍政府保障和着力减轻幼儿教师工作量和工作压力等。Based on the survey data of more than 5000 primary and secondary school teachers in eastern,central and Western China,this paper explores the basic situation of preschool teachers through exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,difference analysis and cluster analysis.The results show that the status of preschool teachers is mainly reflected in the aspects of security,satisfaction,identity,stability and pressure.The overall level of preschool teachers is low,especially the lowest level of security.Further cluster analysis found that the overall situation of preschool teachers is mainly reflected in the overall weak type and relatively high-quality type,and the security of the two types are at a low level.Therefore,we need to adhere to the basic idea of paying equal attention to the external guarantee of the government and the internal experience of teachers,strengthen the government guarantee of preschool teachers,and strive to reduce the workload and work pressure of preschool teachers.
