摘 要:文章基于纯电架构的底盘开发的特点进行研究分析。以纯电架构与燃油架构做比较,从整车性能及布置等方面提出的不同需求展开研究,分析了底盘架构的开发特点。从性能角度,通过搭建动力学模型,阐述了采用后驱及四驱布置、多连杆前悬、半轴等长布置及EPS增加反馈等综合方案对于提高纯电架构的加速稳定性的设计思想。通过仿真分析,从布置角度阐述了采用五连杆后悬、转向机前置等综合方案对于提高纯电架构整体布置效率以及车身安全碰撞方面的提升。The characteristics of chassis development based on BEV architecture are studied.Comparing the pure electric architecture with the fuel architecture,the different requirements put forward from the aspects of vehicle performance and layout are studied,and the development characteristics of chassis architecture are analyzed.From the perspective of performance,by building a dynamic model,the design idea of improving the acceleration stability of pure electric architecture are expounded by adopting comprehensive schemes such as RWD/4WD,multi-link front suspension,half shaft equal length design and EPS increasing feedback.From the perspective of layout,through simulation analysis,it is indicated that 5-link rear suspension and frontward packaged steering rack will improve the package efficiency of the architecture and safety performance of the vehicle.
