摘　　要：知识管理的核心环节是知识共享与知识创新。知识管理理念下的高职院校管理的目标取向就是促进人才培养、提升科研实力;管理创新要结合知识共享与知识创新的特点,厘清制约高职院校管理创新的瓶颈问题;以优化创新资源配置和释放科研人员活力为目标,探索管理创新的实现方式及其具体路径。The core link of knowledge management is knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.The goal orientation of higher vocational college management under the concept of knowledge management is to promote talent training and enhance scientific research strength;Management innovation should combine the characteristics of knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation to clarify the bottleneck restricting management innovation in higher vocational colleges;With the goal of optimizing the allocation of innovation resources and releasing the vitality of scientific researchers,this paper explores the realization mode and specific path of management innovation.
