摘  要:基于多体动力学软件UM建立由2节机车、47节车辆和3节3D车辆组成的列车,分析多种工况下车辆模型的仿真数据,探索列车制动过程中的纵向动力学特性。研究表明车钩力受线路条件和车辆所在位置的影响。列车在启动的过程中最大拉钩力出现在列车前部的车辆上,而位于列车后部的车辆产生的拉钩力比较小。制动过程中最大压钩力和拉钩力呈正态分布,最大压钩力和拉钩力均发生在列车中部。上坡和过弯道过程能够缩短列车制动所需要的时间,下坡则增加列车制动所需要的时间。Based on the multi-body dynamics software UM,a train consisting of 2 locomotives,47 cars and 33D cars is established,and simulation data of vehicle models under various working conditions are analyzed to explore the longitudinal dynamic characteristics of the train during braking.This study shows that the coupler force is affected by the line conditions and the location of the vehicle.During the start of the train,the maximum hook force appears on the vehicle at the front of the train,while the hook force generated by the vehicle at the rear of the train is relatively small.During the braking process,the maximum hooking force and hooking force present a normal distribution,and the maximum hooking force and hooking force both occur in the middle of the train.The process of going uphill and crossing a curve can shorten the time required for the train to brake,while going downhill increases the time required for the train to brake.
