土建类专业应用型人才培养模式改革--以四川工商学院建筑工程学院为例

摘　　要：地方应用型本科是培养未来工程师的摇篮,但是应用型人才培养面临三大问题,培养高素质的应用型人才,上能深造,下能就业,值得思考。CBE理论符合地方土建类专业人才培养的基本能力、专业能力和综合能力要求,与学院的人才培养特色相契合,可作为土建类专业应用型人才培养模式的顶层设计理念。文章以四川工商学院建筑工程学院为例,通过创建理实一体育人机制、构建新的课程体系、改进课堂教学方法等,促进土建类专业人才培养模式改革。Local application-oriented undergraduates are the cradle for cultivating future engineers,but the training of application-oriented talents faces three major problems.The cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents for further study and employment is worthy of consideration.The CBE theory meets the basic,professional and comprehensive ability requirements for the training of local civil engineering professionals,and is consistent with the college's talent training characteristics.It can be used as the top-level design concept of the civil engineering professional application-oriented talent training model.Taking the School of Architectural Engineering of Sichuan Technology and Business University as an example,the article promotes the reform of the training model of civil engineering professionals through the establishment of a mechanism of science,practice and physical education,construction of a new curriculum system,and improvement of classroom teaching methods.
