摘  要:随着“互联网+”技术不断发展,企业招聘已逐渐从传统的线下招聘转为“互联网+”背景下的网络招聘。文章通过对崇华教育招聘现状分析,认为该机构在网络招聘过程中存在着招聘效率和效度双低等问题,其因是该企业“缺乏人员招聘计划;招聘岗位任职资格不明确;招聘渠道单一;招聘广告缺乏吸引力”,对此提出了应“制定完善的人员招聘计划;制定详细的招聘岗位工作说明书;进一步开拓新的招聘渠道;创新招聘广告形式”等措施。旨在于为企业提供网上招聘有效性的建议。With the continuous development of Internet plus,enterprise recruitment has gradually shifted from traditional offline recruitment to online recruitment under the background of Internet plus.This paper analyzes the current situation of Chonghua Education recruitment and finds that the institution has two problems in the process of online recruitment:low efficiency and low validity.The reasons come down to the following things:the lack of recruitment plans,unclear qualifications of advertised post,single recruitment channel and unattractive job advertisements.Therefore,a series of measures are put forward,including making a perfect personnel recruitment plan,making detailed job descriptions of the recruitment position,further developing new recruitment channels and innovating recruitment advertising forms.All the measures aim to provide effective suggestions for enterprises to recruit online.
