摘　　要：文章深入贯彻国际旅游教育质量认证的OBE理念和一流专业建设的目标要求,构造质量为要,“以学生为中心,以成果为导向”的应用型创新人才培养模式,即旅游管理专业“产出导向”的创新应用型人才培养模式,切实提高人才培养质量和人才的社会竞争力。重点打造品牌教育活动,促进新的人才培养体系的形成和培养模式的升级,例如卓越经理人工程、任务制项目制课堂革命、课程群教学团队优化工程、多元化产业基地建设以及一贯式导师制等系列工程。We deeply implemented the OBE concept of UNWTO TedQual Certification and the goal requirements of first-class professional construction,construct a quality-oriented"student-centered,achievement oriented"applied innovative talent training mode,that is,the output-oriented innovative application-oriented talent training mode of tourism management specialty in order to effectively improve the quality of talent training and social competitiveness of talents.We focused on creating brand education activities to promote the formation of new talent training system and upgrading of training mode such as the Excellence Manager Program,task-based and project-based classroom revolution,optimization project for course group and teaching team;construction of diversified industrial bases and consistent tutorial system and other series of projects.
