摘  要:为解决传统人工分拣桃子的缺点,设计了一款桃子多级分拣系统。以便于运输储存的肉质桃为研究对象,该系统通过提取肉质桃的RGB图像的方式获取桃子的图像信息,同时结合滤波处理和边缘加强等方式,得到了加强型的桃子图像特征信息,并与阈值信息对比后对肉质桃进行了第一次帅选分类,然后又通过采用AD7195芯片,利用交流激励和比率测量的方法设计了桃子称重电路,对桃子进一步分类处理,从而细化了桃子的类别,最终借助机械手完成对肉质桃的分拣过程,实际验证表明,该系统有很高的实用性和可靠性,可进一步推广使用。In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional manual peach sorting,a multi-level peach sorting system is designed. Taking the fleshy peach convenient for transportation and storage as the research object,the system obtains the image information of peach by extracting the RGB image of fleshy peach. At the same time,combined with filtering and edge enhancement,the enhanced peach image feature information is obtained. After comparing with the threshold information,the fleshy peach is selected and classified for the first time,and then by using ad7195 chip,Using the methods of AC excitation and ratio measurement, the peach weighing circuit is designed to further classify the peaches,so as to refine the categories of peaches. Finally,the sorting process of fleshy peaches is completed with the help of manipulator. The practical verification shows that the system has high practicability and reliability,and can be further popularized.
