摘 要:目的探索基于BOPPPS模型的教学系统在神经内科临床教学查房中的应用效果。方法选择2020—2021年本院临床医学专业74名见习生为研究对象,随机分为研究组(39名)和对照组(35名)两组。研究组采取基于BOPPPS教学模型的教学方法,对照组采取传统教学方法。结果训练测评结果表明,研究组学生在查房教学后的出科考试成绩更佳(94.32分vs 84.39分),其自主学习更为积极,且两组学生成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时,学生的独立思考能力、临床思维能力、团队合作意识和师生之间互动交流等方面的表现均优于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科临床教学查房中引入基于BOPPPS教学模型的教学体系,取得了良好的教学效果,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS model based teaching system in clinical teaching rounds in neurology department.Methods 74 probationers majored in clinical medicine those were on probation in our hospital during 2020 and 2021 were enrolled as study objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=39)and control group(n=35).The teaching system based on BOPPPS model teaching method was adopted in experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted in control group.Results The training evaluation results show that,the examination scores in experimental group was higher than that of the control group after ward round teaching(94.32 points vs 84.39 points),and the students in study group performed more positive self-learning enthusiasm,and the differences in examination scores was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Meanwhile,performs of students in independent thinking ability,clinical thinking ability,teamwork awareness and interactive communication between teachers and students were better in experimental group students(all P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching system based on BOPPPS model achieved good results in clinical teaching rounds of neurology.The new teaching method is worth of future research and promotion.
