摘　　要：思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想教育的主渠道。提升“一村多名大学生”思想政治教育的实效性,必须用好课堂教学这个主渠道,改革教学方法,以鲜明的政治性引领学生,以理论的魅力说服学生,以问题导向启迪学生,以灵活方法吸引学生,以真挚情怀打动学生,将理论和同学们的乡村振兴实践紧密结合起来,从而调动学生、激活课堂、引发思考、提升教学实效性和感染力。Ideological and political theory course is the main channel of ideological education for college students.To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for"More than One College Students in the Village Program",we must make good use of classroom teaching as the main channel,reform teaching methods,lead students with a clear political nature,persuade students with the charm of theory,enlighten students with problem orientation,attract students with flexible methods,and move students with sincere feelings,so as to stimulate the classroom vitality,enhance the"charm"of teachers and increase the teaching appeal,which makes the ideological and political theory courses become popular with students.
