摘  要:目的掌握珠海市市售水产品副溶血性弧菌病原学特征,为珠海市市售水产品副溶血性弧菌食品安全风险评估及监督管理制度的制定提供科学依据。方法采集即食生食海水产品、双壳类、海洋甲壳类、预制水产品4类产品共计116份样品,按照GB 4789.7—2013《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》分离鉴定副溶血性弧菌和血清学分型,采用K-B法测定阳性分离株的药物敏感性,荧光PCR法测定副溶血性弧菌毒力基因tlh、tdh、trh、toxR携带情况,脉冲场凝胶电泳对分离菌株作分子同源性分析。结果116份样品检出41株副溶血性弧菌,检出率35.3%(41/116)。O3、O4群为优势血清群,其中O3∶K7、O4∶K12为主要型别。海洋甲壳类水产品菌株检出率最高(60.0%,18/30),不同种类水产品差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.51,P<0.05)。所有菌株tlh、toxR基因阳性,未检出tdh、trh基因。分离菌株对氨苄西林、甲氧苄啶、复方新诺明耐受,耐药率依次为97.6%(40/41)、4.9%(2/41)、2.4%(1/41)。分离菌株PFGE聚类后呈现多样性,相似度42.8%~100.0%。结论珠海市市售水产品存在较为严重的副溶血性弧菌污染,海洋甲壳类污染率最高,菌株存在一定程度的耐药性,其基因型在自然界中高度分散,遗传不相关。Objective To understand the etiological characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products sold in Zhuhai City,and to provide a scientific basis for food safety risk assessment and supervision and management system of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquaic products sold in Zhuhai.Methods A total of 116 samples of commercially available seafood including raw aquatic products,shellfish products,marine crustaceans products and prepared aquatic products were collected from Zhuhai City.Vibrio parahaemolyticus was isolated and serologcally typed according to GB 4789.7—2013 National Standard for Food Safety Microbiologial Examination of Food.Drug resistance was tested by K-B agar disk diffusion method and virulence genes including tlh,tdh,trh,toxR genes were detected by real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction,and the isolates were analysed for molecular homology by pulsed field gel lectrophoresis.Results A total of 41 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated among 116 samples,a detection rate was 35.3%(41/116).Among the Vibrio parahaemolyticus positive samples,O3 and O4 groups were the dominant serogroups,with O3∶K7 and O4∶K12 being the main serotypes.The detection rate of marine crustaceans products was the highest(60.0%,18/30).The detection rates showed significant difference in different types of commercially available seafood(χ^(2)=6.51,P<0.05).tlh and toxR virulence genes were all detected positive in isolated strains,and no tdh and trh virulence genes were detected.The isolated strains were resistant to ampicillin,trimethoprim,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,of which the resistance rates were 97.6%(40/41),4.9%(2/41),2.4%(1/41),respectively.The isolated strains showed diversity after PFGE clustering,with similarity ranging from 42.8%to 100.0%.Conclusion Commercially available aquatic products in Zhuhai City were severely contaminated with Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Isolated strains were detected most in marine crustaceans products and a degree of drug resistance in strains whose genotypes a
