摘  要:为进一步提高柴油汽车排放环保性,根据二甲醚-柴油发动机的工作原理和特点,提出二甲醚柴油混合气浓度和喷油提前角优化方案,并应用于柴油发动机排放优化控制。基于Fire仿真软件和康明斯WD615型柴油发动机建立二甲醚-柴油发动机三维燃烧过程仿真模型。根据国Ⅵ(a)标准选择氮氧化合物NOX、一氧化碳CO和碳氢化合物HC为排放环保性评价指标,使用层次分析法标定各环保性评价指标的权重系数,采用遗传算法确定典型工况下最优的二甲醚-柴油混合比例和最佳的喷油提前角。通过MATLAB/Simulink中的模糊逻辑工具箱(Fuzy Logic Toolbox)研制发动机排放的模糊推理系统(FIS),然后将其引入到模糊逻辑控制器(Fuzzy Logic Controller)中进行排放控制。最后在混合工况条件下验证优化前后发动机排放物的变化情况,仿真结果表明,提出的优化方法在典型工况下能有效降低排放物,使氳氧化合物NOX排放量、一氧化碳C0排放量和碳氢化合物HC排放量低于国Ⅵ(a)标准8.9%.4.0%和5.0%,从而有效提高柴油汽车的环保性。In order to improve the eiwironmental protection of vehicle emission,the optimization scheme of mixed gas concentration and injection advance angle is putforward according to the working characteristics of two methyl ether diesel engine,and applied to a certain engine emission control.Based on Fire software and WD615 diesel engine,a multidimensional model of combustion process of two-methyl diesel engine was established,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by experiments.Select N0x,CO and HC for the environmental performance evaluation index by the national standardⅥ(a),weight coefficient by AHP calibration of the evaluation index,using genetic algorithm,to determine the optimal content of two ether mixture under typical conditions and ideal fuel injection advance angle.Based on Fuzzy Logic Toolbox is used in MATLAB/Simulink software to design the Fuzzy Inference System of emission system on whole vehicle and then implanted the Fuzzy Inference System in the Fuzzy Logic Controller,Finally,in the typical condition changes before and after optimization verify emissions of the engine,the simulation results show that the proposed optimization method can effectively reduce the emissions in the typical working conditions,the emissions of NOx,CO and HC emissions below the national standard Ⅵ(a)8.9%,4.0%and 5.0%,in order to improve the eiwironmental protection vehicle.
