摘　　要：随着教育部针对高校教师考核评价制度改革的不断深入,全国各地高校纷纷探索教师考核工作,总结实践中存在的问题,并结合新时代人才评价、教育评价的总体思想,“破五唯”、“立新标”,建立科学的教师考核评价制度。As the Ministry of Education continues to deepen the reform of the evaluation system for college teachers,universities across the country have explored teacher evaluation work,summarized the problems in practice,and combined the overall thought of talent evaluation and education evaluation in the new era to establish a scientific teacher assessment system.
