茶学研究现状、理论热点与前沿动态--基于6个期刊20年载文CiteSpace可视化分析  

Research Status,Theoretical Hotspots and Forward Trends of Tea Science--Based on CiteSpace Visual Analysis of Articles Published in Six Journals Over the Past 20 Years

摘　　要：以《茶叶科学》《茶叶通讯》《茶叶学报》《茶叶》《中国茶叶》《中国茶叶加工》2000—2019年刊发文献为样本,利用文献计量可视化软件CiteSpace进行归纳统计分析。结果显示,2000年以来,茶学研究文献数量、质量得到提高;发文作者集中度较高,形成几个联系相对密切的合作网络;发文机构间合作大多以“茶叶研究所+其他机构”的模式展开;绿色有机无公害茶叶生产发展、茶产业转型升级、茶树品种改良以及茶产业生产加工技术改进是近年来茶学研究热点。In this paper,the literature published in Journal of Tea Science,Journal of Tea Communication,Acta Tea Sinica,Journal of Tea,China Tea and China Tea Processing from 2000 to 2019 were selected as samples,and the bibliometrics visualization software CiteSpace was used to conduct the summary and statistical analysis.The results show that since 2000,the quantity and quality of tea research literature have been improved;the concentration of authors is relatively high,and several relatively close cooperation networks have been formed;the cooperation between publishing institutions was mostly carried out in the mode of“tea research institute+other institutions”;the production and development of green organic pollution-free tea,the transformation and upgrading of tea industry,the improvement of tea varieties and the improvement of production and processing technology of tea industry are the research hotspots of tea science in recent years.
