摘  要:试验旨在建立微波与石墨消解食品接触用纸制品与其冷、热水提取纸制品的预处理方法,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)利用氦气-碰撞反应池模型同时在线测定纸制品中重金属质量分数与其水提取液重金属的残留量。利用最佳的微波消解体系和石墨消解体系处理食品接触用纸制品及其冷、热水提取食品接触用纸制品重金属的预处理方法,用ICP-MS进行测定,为减少样液的基体效应,以锂、铋、锗、铟、钪为在线内标,用氦气模式-碰撞反应池(ORS3)消除质谱干扰技术,补偿基体效应与信号漂移。结果证明,汞在0~20μg/L,其他元素在0~200μg/L的线性范围内, 10种重金属元素的标准曲线相关系数r值在0.996~0.999之间,方法的检出限为0.004~0.03μg/L,回收率为92.5%~110.0%, SRSD为0.8%~3.6%。微波消解法适合少批量样品测定,石墨消解适合大批量的处理。It was in order to establish a pretreatment method for microwave and graphite digestion of food contact paper products and cold and hot water extraction of paper products. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used to determine the content of heavy metals in paper products and the residual amount of heavy metals in water extraction by helium-collision reaction cell model. Use the best microwave digestion system and graphite digestion system to deal with food contact paper products and its cold, hot water extraction food contact paper products of heavy metal pretreatment method, use ICP-MS determination, to reduce the number of samples, the matrix effect, with lithium, bismuth, indium,germanium, and scandium as internal standard, online using helium mode-collision reaction pool eliminate mass spectrum interference technology, matrix effect and the signal drift compensation. The linear range of mercury was 0-20 μg/L and other elements was 0-200 μg/L. The standard curve correlation coefficient r value of 10 heavy metal elements was 0.996-0.999.The detection limits of the method were 0.004-0.03 μg/L;The recoveries were 92.5%-110.0%;The SRSD were 0.8%-3.6%.Microwave digestion method was suitable for small batch sample determination, and graphite digestion method was suitable for large batch processing.
