摘  要:通过对地方应用型本科院校《材料科学与工程基础》课程教学现状的分析,针对该课程的特点和教学目标,探讨了在课程中强化理论联系实际进行案例式教学的方法。课程案例教学实施过程中,具体案例教学类型可分为以下三种:激发兴趣,主动思考;以点带面,关联知识;结合应用,分析问题。案例方法不仅可加深学生对材料科学与工程基本原理的理解和掌握,还可激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的分析和解决实际工程问题的能力。Based on the analysis of the current teaching situation of Fundamental of materials science and Engineering course in local application oriented universities,aiming at the characteristics and teaching objectives of the course,the method of strengthening the combination of theory with practice in case teaching was discussed.In the process of case teaching,the specific types of case teaching can be divided into the following three types:stimulate interest,active thinking;point to area,related knowledge;combined with application,analyze problems.Case teaching can not only deepen students'understanding and mastery of the basic principles of materials science and engineering,but also stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their ability to analyze and solve practical engineering problems.
