摘　　要：2020年初新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,给高校外语专业毕业生就业工作带来了巨大压力。该文在对疫情背景下河北省地方高校外语专业大学生“云就业”现状和就业质量进行调查分析的基础上,探索有效促进外语专业大学生“云就业”的对策和途径,研究构建以政府、社会、高校、毕业生“四位一体”的外语专业大学生“云就业”长效促进机制,提出相关对策和建议。The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020 has brought great pressure to the employment of foreign language graduates.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation and employment quality of Foreign Language majors in local colleges and universities in Hebei Province under epidemic,this paper explores the countermeasures and ways to effectively promote the"cloud employment"of Foreign Language majors,and studies and constructs a long-term promotion mechanism of"cloud employment"of Foreign Language majors with the"four in one"of government,society,colleges and universities and graduates,puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
