摘  要:推动高职家政服务与管理专业深入实施产教融合,是培养知识型、技能型、创新型人才,提高家政服务行业质量的有效路径。文章简述高职家政服务与管理专业实施产教融合的现实意义,分析产教融合遇到的问题,并基于菲佣培养经验提出家政服务与管理专业推进产教融合的路径。要突破传统观念,重视家政服务学科建设;明确人才培养定位,积极落实“开门办学”;建立有效的校企协同育人机制,支持学生考取职业技能资格证书;重视引进与培训,积极打造高职院校家政服务与管理专业教师队伍。Promoting the in-depth implementation of industry education integration of domestic service and management specialty in higher vocational colleges is an effective way to cultivate knowledge-based,skilled and innovative talents and improve the quality of domestic service industry.This paper briefly describes the practical significance of implementing the integration of industry and education in the major of domestic service and management in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems encountered in the integration of industry and education,and puts forward the path of promoting the integration of industry and education in the major of domestic service and management based on the training experience of Filipino domestic helpers.We should break through the traditional concept and pay attention to the discipline construction of domestic service;clarify the orientation of talent training and actively implement the"opening-door schooling";establish an effective school enterprise collaborative education mechanism to support students to obtain vocational skill qualification certificates;attach importance to introduction and training,and actively build a team of teachers majoring in domestic service and management in higher vocational colleges.
