摘 要:五年制高等职业教育是现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,学习投入度理论与I-E-O模型为五年制高职人才培养质量的提升提供了新的视角与方向。关注学习投入度是彰显学生主体地位的根本需要,是完善教育评价体系的内在要求,是提高学校教育质量的重要参考。基于I-E-O模型,学习投入度需关注学生的个体特征与入学前经历;学校支持环境是提升学生学习投入度的重要外在因素;学习投入的成果输出需兼顾学生专业技能与通用能力。因此,为了进一步提升五年制高职学生学习投入度,应加强入学指导教育、优化环境支持体系、改革质量评价机制。Five-year higher vocational education is an important part of modern vocational education system.The theory of student engagement and I-E-O model provide a new perspective and direction for improving the quality of five-year higher vocational students.Human-oriented learning engagement is the basic need to highlight the dominant position of students.Learning engagement pays attention to the process,which is the internal requirement of improving the education evaluation system.Learning engagement reflects comprehensively,which is an important reference to improve the quality of school education.Based on the I-E-O model,learning engagement should pay attention to students'individual characteristics and experience.School support environment is an important external factor to enhance learning engagement.The output of learning input should take into account students'professional skills and general abilities.Then some suggestions have been put forward to improve the five-year higher vocational school student engagement.Such as strengthen the education of entrance guidance,optimize the environmental support system to meet the diverse learning needs of students,reform quality evaluation mechanism and pay attention to learning process and comprehensive quality.
