高校体育教学与科研关系的分析与思考

摘  要:随着21世纪教育模式的不断推进,我国高校体育教学内容及其形式发生了翻天覆地的变化,大学阶段的体育目标逐渐呈现多元化的发展趋势。从传统的体育模式出发,当前的体育教育更加关注大学生的身心健康以及心理健康,更加科学地突出其内容。大学阶段的体育课程也会逐渐在教育模式的发展中呈现出多元化及个性化的发展趋势,这样的教学模式不仅能够满足学生对体育教育的实际需求,还能够在教学期间培养学生的特点爱好,让学生能够在体育课程中寻找到全新的自我,并将在体育中发挥自己的优势,从而找到自己在体育课程中存在的意义。另外,此模式还能使学生在后续的课程中充满自信心、提高积极性。该文就高校体育教学与科研关系进行分析和讨论。With the continuous advancement of the education model in the 21st century,the content and form of physical education in China's universities have also undergone tremendous changes.The sports objectives in the university stage gradually show a diversified development trend.Starting from the traditional physical education model,the current form of physical education pays more attention to the physical and mental health of college students themselves,and highlights its content more scientifically.The physical education curriculum in the university stage will gradually show a diversified and personalized development trend in the development of the education model.Such teaching model not only can satisfy the actual needs of students of physical education,also can cultivate the students'characteristics of interest during the teaching,let the students to find the new self in the physical education curriculum,and will play out in the advantages of sports to find their existence in the physical education curriculum.In addition,this model can also make students full of confidence and enthusiasm in the subsequent courses.This paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between physical education teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.
