摘  要:师范生作为教育战线的储备人才,不仅要了解儿童的心理发展规律,还要具备心理自助、互助的能力,掌握助人技术。文章从积极求助、善于自助、乐于互助三个角度出发,即从理论、体验、实践的角度,层层递进地探究心理健康教育的第一课堂、第二课堂、第三课堂的教学活动,以此让未来的教师在大学期间就能认识到心理健康教育的重要性,并掌握相关助人技巧,在提高自身心理健康水平的基础上,积极投身心理健康教育,为提升社会整体心理健康水平添砖加瓦。As a reserve talent in the educational front,normal students should not only understand the law of children's psychological development,but also have the ability of psychological self-help and mutual assistance,and master the technology of helping others.From the perspectives of active help seeking,good at self-help and willing to help each other,that is,from the perspective of theory,experience and practice,this paper explores the teaching activities of the first classroom,the second classroom and the third classroom of mental health education layer by layer,so that future teachers can realize the importance of mental health education and master relevant helping skills during college,on the basis of improving their own mental health level,they should actively participate in mental health education and contribute to improving the overall mental health level of society.
