摘 要:本文立足提质培优新阶段国家对高职院校的新要求、新使命,从专业主任的岗位职责入手,以提升专业建设水平为出发点,设计基于专业建设成效为导向的专业主任考核评价体系,构建包含6个一级指标、17个二级指标为主的考评指标体系,以期对加强高职院校专业主任队伍建设,促进专业建设水平提升,提供有益借鉴。Based on the new requirements and new mission of the country to vocational colleges in the new stage of improving quality and cultivating excellence,this paper starts with the responsibilities of the professional director,and takes the promotion of the professional construction level as the starting point.A professional director evaluation system is designed based on the professional construction effect orientation and an assessment index system is built consisting of 6 first-class indicators and 17 second-class indicators with a view to providing useful reference for strengthening the construction of professional directors in vocational colleges and promoting the professional construction level.
