摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观是推动我国社会进步和发展的动力,也是重要的精神支柱。企业文化是企业发展的灵魂,作为重要的市场主体和社会系统的活跃因子,企业在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观过程中发挥着不可替代的基础作用。将社会主义核心价值观融入到企业文化建设中,有助于彰显企业文化特色,提高企业发展的软实力。Socialist core values are not only the driving force to promote China's social progress and development,but also an important spiritual pillar.Corporate culture is the soul of enterprise development.As an important market subject and the active factor of the social system,enterprises play an irreplaceable basic role in the process of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.Integrating the core socialist values into the construction of corporate culture will help to highlight the characteristics of corporate culture and improve the soft power of enterprise development.
