摘　　要：建立和完善大学生党员社会实践工作机制是新时代高校用好红色资源,传承好红色基因,赓续好红色血脉的必然要求,也是新时代高校加强和推进全面从严治党以及提升大学生党员教育管理质量的有效途径。面对全面从严治党的新形势与新要求,深入探析大学生党员社会实践的价值和意义,客观分析其所存在的问题困惑,通过有效构建大学生党员社会实践的组织机制、运行机制、考核监督机制、组织生活机制以及网络社区生成机制,进而全面提升大学生党员教育培养质量。Establishing and improving the social practice mechanism of college student party members is a must for colleges and universities in the new era to make good use of“red resources”,inherit“red genes”and continue to do a good job in tradition of revolution.It is also an effective way for colleges and universities in the new era to strengthen and promote the comprehensive and strict management of the party and improve the quality of education and management of college student party members.Facing the new situation and new requirements of comprehensively and strictly administering the party,this paper deeply and objectively analyzes the value and signifi cance of the social practice of college student party members,the existing problems and puzzles,and effectively constructs the organizational mechanism,operation mechanism,assessment and supervision mechanism,regular organization activity mechanism and network community generation mechanism on the basis of social practice,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of education and training of college student party members.
