摘  要:长三角一体化发展背景下,为测度江苏省城市交通可达性,运用加权成本时间法,以加权平均旅行时间为指标,分析了江苏省13个城市间的高铁与公路交通可达性及均衡水平。研究结果表明:江苏省城市间的高铁可达性明显高于公路可达性,但高铁可达性的均衡水平低于公路可达性均衡水平;具体地,扬州的高铁可达性最高,其次是镇江和常州,泰州的高铁可达性最低;镇江的公路可达性最高,其次是常州和泰州,徐州的公路可达性最低;受高铁网络及公路网布局的影响,江苏省城市间的高铁可达性的均衡水平较差,非均衡程度较高,公路可达性的均衡程度高于高铁可达性。通过交通可达性及其均衡水平的分析,以期为交通运输管理相关部门进行交通规划和交通资源分配提供决策参考。In order to measure the urban traffic accessibility of Jiangsu province under the background of Yangtze River Delta integration,the weighted average travel time was used as the index to analyze the urban traffic accessibility and equilibrium level of high-speed rail and highway of 13 cities in Jiangsu province.The results show that the urban traffic accessibility of high-speed rail in Jiangsu province is obviously higher than that of highway,but the equilibrium level of high-speed rail accessibility is lower than that of highway accessibility.Specifically,the accessibility of high-speed rail in Yangzhou is the highest,followed by Zhenjiang and Changzhou,and Taizhou is the lowest,the accessibility of highway in Zhenjiang is the highest,followed by Changzhou and Taizhou,and Xuzhou is the lowest.Due to the influence of high-speed rail network's and highway network's layout,the equilibrium degree of high-speed rail accessibility in Jiangsu province is lower than that of highway accessibility.Compared with road network's layout and urban geographical location,the influence of social and economic factors on urban traffic accessibility in Jiangsu is not obvious.
