摘　　要：钙是人体骨骼的健康关键因素,人体对钙质的吸收受到多种因素的影响。本文对影响人体钙吸收和利用的因素-食物、营养强化剂、阳光照射、运动等通过TRIZ理论中的物-场模型分析方法的标准解系统的相关方法和分析步骤进行了层层分析,并绘制了人体对钙吸收和利用的物-场模型图,系统描述了科学补钙的解决方案。从人体补钙的发展过程可以看出物-场模型的分析方法能够使人思路清晰,发现解决问题的办法,使得学习者利用TRIZ物-场模型的创新方法在实际情况下分析问题和解决问题的能力得到提高。Calcium is a key factor in the health of human bones,and the absorption of calcium by the body is affected by many factors.In this paper,factors affecting calcium absorption and utilization of human body-food,nutrition enhancer,sunlight,exercise,etc by TRIZ-field model analysis method in the theory of the standard solution of the system of related methods and analysis steps of layer upon layer analysis,and draw the body of calcium absorption and utilization of content-field model diagram,described the scientific system of calcium solution.It can be seen from the development process of calcium supplement in human body that the analysis method of matter-field model can be very easy to clear ideas and find solutions to problems,so that learners can improve their ability to analyze and solve problems by using the innovative method of TRIZ matter-field model in actual situations.
