摘  要:目的:研究分析乳矿物盐的安全性与功能性。方法:分别以高、中、低3个剂量组的乳矿物盐进行为期90 d和30 d的灌胃实验,分析其对大鼠食物利用率与各器官病理变化的影响,对小鼠体重、脏体比、免疫器官系数、吞噬指数、抗体积数等免疫指标变化的影响。结果:与对照组比较,乳矿物盐对大鼠的食物利用率无显著影响(P>0.05),对胃、肠、脾、肝脏、肾脏、卵巢及睾丸等引起病理学改变;对小鼠的体重、免疫器官和细胞免疫功能均无显著的影响,但显著提高了体液免疫功能和NK细胞活性(P<0.05)。结论:研究表明乳矿物盐食用安全,并具有增强免疫力的功能。Objective:Research and analyze the safety and functionality of milk mineral salt.Method:The 90-day and 30-day gavage experiments were carried out with milk mineral salt in three dosage groups of high,medium and low,respectively,and the effects on the food utilization rate and pathological changes of various organs in rats were analyzed.The effect of changes in immune indicators such as ratio,immune organ coefficient,phagocytic index,and anti-volume number.Result:Compared with the control group,milk mineral salt had no significant effect on the food utilization rate of rats(P>0.05),and caused pathological changes in the stomach,intestine,spleen,liver,kidney,ovary and testis;It has no significant effect on the body weight,immune organs and cellular immune function of mice,but it significantly improves the humoral immune function and NK cell activity(P<0.05).Conclusion:Studies have shown that milk mineral salt is safe to eat and has the function of enhancing immunity.
