摘　　要：目的了解2020年渭南市市售食品中化学污染物及有害因素状况,及时发现食品安全隐患,为控制食品污染提供参考依据。方法 2020年3—10月,在渭南市10个县(市、区)的超市(商店)、农贸市场、小型餐饮店、网店及种植环节等采集食品样品,按照《2020年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》中的方法进行检测。结果全年共采集样品12类442份,进行了7类91项污染物指标的检测,获得监测数据2 489条。有336份样品中检出被测指标,样品检出率为76.0%,其中16份样品超标,样品超标率为3.6%;有16条监测数据超标,监测项目数据超标率为0.6%。结论 2020年渭南市食品污染情况较轻,但依然存在,且不同种类的食品污染程度不同,对人体健康构成潜在危害,应持续监测并加强重点问题监管。Objective To understand status of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food of Weinan City in 2020,find food safety hazards in time,and provide scientific basis for the control of food pollution. Methods From March to October 2020,food samples were collected from supermarkets(stores),market for agricultural products,small restaurants,online stores and planting links in 10 counties(cities and districts) of Weinan City,and detected according to the methods in the National handbook for risk monitoring of food pollutants and harmful factors in 2020. Results A total of 442 samples in 12 categories were collected in the whole year,91 pollutants in 7 categories were detected and 2489 monitoring data were obtained. Among 337 samples,the detection rate was 76.2%,and 16 samples exceeded the standard with the exceeding standard rate was 3.62%. 16 items of monitoring data exceeded the standard and the the exceeding standard rate was 0.643%. Conclusion The food pollution in Weinan City is mild in 2020,but it still exists,different kinds of food have different degrees of pollution,which poses potential harm to human health. It is necessary to monitor continuously and strengthen the supervision of key problems.
