国际一流湾区高水平大学综合实力比较

摘　　要：以四个国际一流湾区中的高水平大学为研究对象,对湾区高水平大学的空间布局、大学及其学科水平、办学基础实力三方面进行实证研究,结果发现,粤港澳大湾区高水平大学的综合实力与东京湾区相当,与纽约湾区和旧金山湾区有较大差距,存在高水平大学数量偏少、空间布局不够均衡、缺乏世界顶尖和一流的大学与学科、基础实力较弱等不足。粤港澳大湾区今后应走“大而强”的发展之路,加大对高水平大学的投入支持力度,高起点新建一批高水平大学,并以此为契机优化空间布局,同时还要加强粤港澳三地高水平大学的合作协同,推动形成高水平大学集群。This paper takes high-level universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research object,and conducts empirical research on the spatial layout of high-level universities in the Greater Bay Area,the level of universities and their disciplines,and the basic strength of running schools.The research shows that the overall strength of high-level universities in the Greater Bay Area is comparable to that of the Tokyo Bay Area,but there is a large gap with that of the New York Bay Area and the San Francisco Bay Area,which includes a small number of high-level universities,an unbalanced spatial layout,and a lack of world-class and first-class universities and insufficient subjects.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should take the road of"big and strong"development in the future,increase investment and support for high-level universities,build a number of high-level universities from a high starting point,and use this as an opportunity to optimize the spatial layout.Meanwhile,the Greater Bay Area should strengthen the cooperation and coordination of high-level universities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and promote the formation of high-level university clusters.
