摘　　要：泰山职业技术学院智能制造技术专业群创新"文化引领、产教融合"的教学理念,促进专业群与企业的深度融合,创新提出并实施"一核二类三段四线"的人才培养模式,在教学中为学生提供可自主选择的成才路径。该人才培养模式的实际应用,提高了智能制造技术专业群人才培养质量,提升了专业建设与课程建设的水平,建成了省级品牌专业群,打造了一支省级优秀教学团队,教学改革业绩突出。Taishan Polytechnic innovates the teaching concept of "cultural guidance and production-teaching integration" for the specialty group of intelligent manufacturing technology,which promotes deeper integration of specialty group and enterprises,and proposes and implements the talent training mode of "one core,two categories,three sections and four lines",and provides students with possible paths to becoming talented people in teaching.The application of such a training mode has uplifted the quality of intelligent manufacturing technology specialty group and the level of specialty construction and curriculum building through its provincial-level brand specialty group and a provincial-level excellent teaching team with prominent teaching reform achievements..
