摘　　要：高职扩招是落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的重大举措,是缓解就业压力并解决高素质技术技能人才短缺的重大战略。高职院校面对高职扩招的机遇与挑战,积极承担使命担当,落实高职扩招政策,克服各种矛盾困难,认真采取有效措施,做好学情分析,科学制定培养方案,加强师资建设,推动管理创新,推进信息化改革,实现高职扩招学生高质量培养,促进高职扩招学生高质量就业。Higher vocational enrollment expansion is a major measure to implement the“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”,which is also a major strategy to alleviate the employment pressure and solve the shortage of high-quality technical talents.In the face of the opportunities and challenges of the enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges actively undertake the mission,implement the policy,overcome various contradictions and difficulties,seriously take effective measures,make a careful analysis on learning situation,scientifically formulate training plans,strengthen the construction of teachers,promote management innovation and information reform,in order to realize the high-quality training and employment of the expanded recruitment students.
