摘　　要：在国家实施“双高计划”战略背景下,提升高职院校基层党建工作质量是改革发展所向、提质培优所趋。高职院校亟需深刻领会高职教育高质量发展内涵,明确基层党建高质量发展定位,探索基层党建高质量发展路径,构建全方位、多维度、深层次的基层党建质量体系,引领高水平建设加速推进。Under the strategic background of“Double High Plan”implemented by the state,it is the trend of reform and development to improve the quality of grassroots Party building in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges need to deeply understand the connotation of high-quality development of higher vocational education,clarify the positioning of high-quality development of grass-roots Party construction,explore the path of high-quality development of grass-roots Party construction,build an all-round,multi-dimensional and deep-level quality system of grass-roots Party construction,and lead high-level construction to accelerate high-level development.
