摘　　要：身处世界百年未有之大变局和中华民族伟大复兴战略全局,世界范围内的大发展大变革大调整在给民族高等教育提供前所未有的强大动力和广阔空间的同时,也使其面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。新时代,民族高等教育必须胸怀"国之大者",主动服务和融入新发展格局,把本科教育放在办学治校的核心地位去认识去推进,清醒认识本科教育中存在的突出问题,提质增效,打造适应新时代高质量发展的一流本科教育,切实提升民族高校对国家战略需求的贡献度、支撑度和引领力。Under the backdrop of unprecedented centennial changes in the world and the holistic prospects of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation,worldwide great development,reform and adjustment have not only provided unprecedented powerful impetus and broad space for ethnic higher education,but also left ethnic higher education to unprecedented challenges.In the new era,ethnic higher education must bear national responsibility and take the initiative to serve and integrate into the new development pattern,and put undergraduate education in the vital position for school operation.We should have a clear understanding of the prominent problems existing in undergraduate education,improve the quality and efficiency,create first-class undergraduate education adapted to meet the high-quality development in the new era,and effectively enhance the contribution,support and leading power of ethnic universities to meet the national strategic demand.
