摘 要:目的:介绍本科社区护理学不完全翻转课堂教学方法和实施体会。方法:采用不完全翻转课堂教学方法对护理学本科生开展社区护理学教学,并召开学生代表座谈会了解学生对该教学法的态度、存在的问题和建议。结果:学生反馈,该方法活跃了课堂气氛,也激发了学生学习的积极性,明显提升了分析问题和解决问题的能力,也有利于难点知识的理解和强化。但是,课下学习任务重,建议多学科整合,设计综合内容的翻转课堂教学,减少翻转课堂教学内容的比例,保证学生的自主学习时间。结论:不完全翻转课堂的教学效果较好,减轻了学生的学习负荷和知识难点的学习压力,适宜于本科学生专业课程教学。Objective: to introduce the classroom teaching method and implementation experience of incomplete turnover in undergraduate community nursing. Methods: the incomplete flipped classroom teaching method was used to carry out community nursing teaching for nursing undergraduates, and a symposium of student representatives was held to understand the students’ attitude towards the teaching method, existing problems and suggestions. Results: according to students’ feedback, this method not only enlivens the classroom atmosphere, but also stimulates students’ learning enthusiasm, significantly improves their ability to analyze and solve problems, but also helps to understand and strengthen difficult knowledge. However, the task of learning after class is heavy. It is suggested to integrate multiple disciplines and design flipped classroom teaching with comprehensive content, so as to reduce the proportion of flipped classroom teaching content and ensure students’ autonomous learning time. Conclusion: the teaching effect of incomplete flipping classroom is good, which reduces the learning load of students and the learning pressure of difficult knowledge, and is suitable for the teaching of professional courses for undergraduate students.
