摘  要:为探究无凸轮式配气相位的设计方法及应用无凸轮式配气相位后发动机性能的变化情况,搭建了发动机一维仿真模型,通过试验验证了模型的准确性。在原机配气相位的基础上进行无凸轮式配气相位的优化设计,以最低排气损失为目标,设计了排气提前角为0~57°CA BBDC的7组无凸轮式排气门升程曲线。以最大充量系数为目标,设计了进气门迟闭角为0~37°CA ABDC的5组无凸轮式进气门升程曲线,探究了转速及进气压力对最佳排气提前角、最佳进气门迟闭角的影响规律。结果表明:采用无凸轮式排气门升程曲线,随着排气提前角的不断增加,推出损失先减少后增加,膨胀损失不断增加。为使排气损失最小,可适当减小排气提前角。为了增大充量系数,同时防止过多充量被反推至进气管,可使进气门开启持续期缩短;转速与进气压力的变化对最佳进气门迟闭角影响不大。To explore the design method of the camless valve timing and the engine performances after adopting the camless valve timing,one-dimensional engine model was established,and the accuracy was validated according to the experimental data.The camless valve timing was designed based on the original ones.Aiming at a minimum exhaust loss,seven camless exhaust valve lift curves were designed so that the early exhaust valve opening angle from 0 to 57°CA BBDC were acquired.Aiming at the maximum volumetric efficiency,five camless intake valve lift curves were designed and late intake valve closing angle from 0~37°CA ABDC were acquired.Besides,the effect rules of speed and intake pressure on optimal early exhaust valve opening angle as well as the late intake valve closing angle were simulated and summarized.The results indicated that:with the early exhaust opening angle increasing,the exhaust pushing loss decreases first then increases while the expansion loss increases all the time.To make the total exhaust loss minimum,the early exhaust valve opening angle can be reduced suitably.To increase the volumetric efficiency and prevent excessive charge from being pushed back to the intake pipe,the inlet duration can be reduced.The effect of speed and intake pressure on the optimal late intake closing angle was not prominent.
