摘  要:创新创业教育是我国高等教育变革的重要方向,而评价可以实现“以评促改”,优化和完善高校创新创业教育,提高大学生的创新创业能力及综合素质,逐步缓解就业难。遵循“实践—理论—实践”的认知路线,首先采用德尔菲法调研评价指标,其次用层次分析法确定指标权重,然后使用模糊综合评价法对T大学具体案例进行分析评价。确定了高校创新创业教育质量评价的指标及权重,对T大学评价的等级为中等,并对推进其创新创业教育的发展提出了建议。Innovation and entrepreneurship education provides an important direction for the reform of higher education in China;evaluation can realize"promoting reform by evaluation",optimize and promote university innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve university students′innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and overall quality,and gradually alleviate employment difficulties.Following the cognitive route of"practice-theory-practice",in this study we first used Delphi method to investigate and evaluate indicators,followed by analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the indicators,and finally we adopted the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the specific cases of T University.After the indicators and weights of the quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities were determined,we found that the evaluation grade of T University was medium.Based on the result of the study we propose some suggestions for promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
