摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌骨转移患者的NF-kB水平及其临床意义。方法通过研究NF-kB在肺癌骨转移中的表达,明确其与肺癌骨转移的恶性生物学行为的联系。结果肺癌骨转移组NF-kB阳性表达明显高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。NF-kB的表达与肺癌骨转移患者的年龄、性别等因素无关,与瘤体大小、是否存在淋巴结转移以及病理类型等因素存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论NF-kB在肺癌骨转移中高表达,且与肺癌骨转移的恶性生物学行为存在正相关的关系。Objective To investigate the level of nuclear FACTOR-KAPPA B(NF-kB)and its clinical significance in patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer.Methods Study the expression of NF-kB in bone metastasis of lung cancer,and to clarify the relationship between NF-kB and malignant biological behavior of bone metastasis.Results The expression of NF-kB in bone metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of NF-kB was not related to the age and sex of patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer,it was correlated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis and pathological type(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the high expression of NF-kB in bone metastasis of lung cancer and the malignant biological behavior of bone metastasis.
