摘 要:信息化技术已经渗透到社会的各个方面,在教育领域中信息化的颠覆性变革正在发生,教师信息技术教学能力水平的要求也在不断地提高,在此背景下,高职院校需要提升教师信息技术素养,为高职教育信息化教育教学改革注入更多新鲜的血液。本文从诠释教师信息技术素养的内涵出发,从学校层面和教师层面分析了高职院校教师信息技术素养提升现状,提出从树立教师信息技术素养观、加强信息技术应用环境建设、完善信息技术素养培育体系、健全信息技术应用激励制度四个方面提升高职院校教师信息技术素养的可持续、可拓展的培育策略。Information technology has penetrated into all aspects of the society.The information disruptive change in the field of education is happening,and the requirements of the teacher information technology teaching ability level is constantly improving.Under the above background,higher vocational colleges need to improve teachers’information technology quality,inject more new blood into the higher vocational education and teaching reform.Starting from the interpretation of the connotation of teachers’information technology literacy,this paper analyzes the current situation of the improvement of teachers'information technology literacy in higher vocational colleges from the school level and teachers'level,and puts forward that we should establish the concept of teachers’information technology literacy,strengthen the construction of information technology application environment,improve the cultivation system of information technology literacy,perfecting the incentive system of information technology application,which is a sustainable and expandable cultivation strategy to improve teachers'information technology literacy in higher vocational colleges.
