摘  要:在高职教育中“双师型”教师是师资队伍的中坚力量,是提升人才培养质量的关键所在,但“双师型”教师的能力要素模糊不清导致了在教师培养和发展中产生了不小羁绊,制约了科研、教学和社会服务水平的提升,由此需要不断研究和更新职业院校“双师型”教师的各项能力的构成要素。通过对电子信息类专业“双师型”教师胜任力需求的调研分析,提出构建教师胜任力模型及可行的胜任力培养路径建议。In higher vocational education,"double-qualified"teachers are the backbone of the teaching staff and the key to improv⁃ing the quality of talents training.However,the ambiguity of the ability elements of"double-qualified"teachers leads to many obsta⁃cles in teacher training and development,and also restricts the improvement of scientific research,teaching and social service level.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly study and update the competence constitute requirements of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges.This paper aims to put forward and build a teacher competency model and suggestions of feasible competency training path through the investigation and analysis of the competency needs of"double-qualified"teachers in electronic information specialty.
