摘  要:近年来,跨境电商在我国取得了快速的发展。跨境电商的快速发展和综合试验区的建设急需大量的专业人才,但目前国内高职院校的跨境电商专业在人才培养过程中存在专业定位不明确、实战经验型教师团队欠缺、实践教学效果欠佳等问题。结合跨境电商试验区建设对人才需求的要求,建议从明确专业定位、打造高质量"双师"型教学队伍、校企协同育人、建立校企双导师制4个方面,探究高职院校跨境电商人才的培养方式。In recent years,cross-border electronic commerce has achieved rapid development in China.The rapid development of cross-border electronic commerce and the construction of comprehensive experimental areas are in urgent need of a large number of Professional talents.However,there are some problems in the talent training process of cross-border electronic commerce majors in domestic higher vocational colleges,such as unclear professional positioning,lack of practical experiential teachers and poor practical teaching effect.In combination with the requirements of talents on the construction of cross-border electronic commerce experimental areas,it is suggested to explore the training mode of Cross-Border Electronic Commerce talents in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:clarifying professional positioning,building high-quality teaching staff with both industry experiences and teaching expertise,school-enterprise cooperative education and establishing school-enterprise dual-tutorial system.
