摘 要:针对当下译学研究相对割裂和学科边界模糊的问题,本文采用历史化的阐释路径,参照中西译学传统和趋势,重释翻译理论家和词典编纂家张柏然的语言观,阐发其翻译美学思想。张柏然的语言观呈现出语言的工具性和"人化"性、语言和文化历史的辩证圆览特征。基于这一辩证圆览的语言观,其翻译美学思想具有两大特点:一是翻译学科思想具有科学性和人文性的辩证统一;二是其翻译观具有整体性和动态性特征,将翻译活动的参与者、文本和世界等多维要素在跨文化对话中融为一体。In view of the current problems of the binary oppositions and blurred boundaries of translation studies, this paper, by historicizing his view on language with reference to the traditions and trends of the discipline in China and the West, reinterprets the translation aesthetics of Zhang Boran, a renowned Chinese translation theorist and lexicographer. Zhang demonstrates a dialectic and holistic view on language by integrating its instrumental value and humanistic nature, and by identifying language and culture. Accordingly, Zhang develops such dialectic translation aesthetics that two prominent features are foregrounded, i. e., the discipline as the integration of the scientific and humanistic nature, and translation as the holistic and dynamic cross-cultural dialogue in which the agents, texts and world reach a harmonious balance.
