摘  要:根据铬(Ⅵ)在醋酸介质中对H2O2-溴甲酚绿反应体系具有促进作用,从而建立一种测定鲜虾中铬含量的新方法。通过单因素试验,确定最佳催化体系条件为pH 4.4的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液5.00 mL,3%的过氧化氢溶液0.10 mL,溴甲酚绿溶液0.40 mL,60℃的恒温水浴加热5 min,测定波长为610 nm。在最优条件下,ΔA与铬浓度线性方程为y=9.9822x+0.0004,R^(2)=0.9989,线性关系良好。t检验结果表明该方法与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)检测结果差异不显著。According to the catalytic effect of Cr(Ⅵ)on the reaction system of H2O2-bromocresol green in ethylic acid medium,a new method for the determination of chromium in fresh shrimp was established.The best test conditions determined by a single factor test were as follows:5.00 mL HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH 4.4,0.10 mL 3%hydrogen peroxide solution and 0.40 mL bromocresol green solution,heat 5 min in a content temperature water bath at 60℃,wavelength of 610 nm.Under the optimal conditions,the linear equation ofΔA and chromium concentration was y=9.9822x+0.0004,R^(2)=0.9989,the linear relationship was satisfactory.The t-test showed that the difference between the results obtained by this method and the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)detection method was insignificant.
