摘　　要：随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大,地方高等院校在研究生创新能力培养中普遍存在问题,从“双一流”背景下多导师联合制创新团队角度,从多团队组建、改革措施及成效等方面进行分析,提升研究生创新能力,有助于提升地方院校研究生的培养质量。With the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate enrollment,there are common problems in the cultivation of graduate innovation ability in local colleges.From the perspective of multi-tutor innovation team under the background of“double first class”,this paper analyzed the team formation,reform measures and effectiveness,so as to improve the innovation ability of graduate students and help to improve the cultivation quality of graduate students in local colleges.
