摘 要:近年来,我国新建本科院校的教学改革虽然取得了显著成绩,但深入考察分析,在教师课堂角色的转变、以学生中心的教学生态建立以及质量保障机制的内在化等方面,还存在着一些问题。要进一步实现教学改革的实质性突破,学校必须发挥办学功能多样化的优势,大胆借鉴整合国内外正在兴起的慕课等教改新潮的先进成分,从强化网络课程建设入手,实现教师由教学主体地位向主导辅导角色的转变,真正建立起以学生为中心的课堂教学运转机制,促进教学质量反馈与评估的内在化,进而从根本上提升高素质应用型人才的培养水平。In recent years,the teaching reform in newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities in China has made remarkable achievements,but an in-depth analysis shows that there are still some problems in the transformation of teachers'classroom roles,the establishment of student-centered teaching ecology and the internalization of quality guarantee mechanism.In order to achieve a further substantive breakthrough in teaching reform,schools must give full play to the advantages of diversified educational functions,learn from and integrate the advanced elements of the new teaching reform trends such as MOOCs that are emerging at home and abroad,realize the transformation of teachers from being the center to being the counselor through construction of online courses,truly establish the student-centered classroom teaching operation mechanism,promote the internalization of teaching quality feedback and evaluation,and thereby fundamentally improve the training level of high-quality applied talents.
