摘　　要：培育学生的职业素质与专业技能是高职教育改革的重点,积极探索高职英语课程教学改革,转变课堂教学理念,完善考核体系,突出就业创业的引导作用,以激发高职学生的英语学习兴趣和积极性,帮助学生切实掌握英语知识和应用技能,为他们步入职场奠定良好的基础。Cultivating students'professional quality and professional skills is the focus of higher vocational education reform.Actively explore higher vocational English curriculum teaching reform,change classroom teaching ideas,improve the assessment system,and highlight the guiding role of employment and entrepreneurship,so as to stimulate higher vocational students'interest and enthusiasm in English learning and help students master English knowledge and application skills,and lay a good foundation for them to enter the workplace.
